Premium Support Contracts

Customers who have purchased direct Avosec Premium Support contracts are unaffected by the change and will continue to receive support, provided they have active Avosec support IDs.

Presales support, customer web demos, OMS, and license enquiries are not affected by the change to product support and will be responded to.
